Short version: I collect what I need to value your property and follow up with you. I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone who isn't directly involved in serving you.

What I Collect

• Property details you enter — address, unit count, rents, and utility setup, used to calculate your valuation.
• Your email address — required to reveal your valuation and used to follow up about your property.
• Public county records — when you enter an address, I may look up publicly available data (square footage, year built, recorded unit count) to improve your estimate.

How It's Used

• To generate your valuation and show relevant options (sale, management, refinancing).
• To contact you about your property — by email or phone if you provide a number.
• To send occasional relevant follow-ups. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.

Services That Help Run This Site

Your information passes through a small set of tools that make the site work: Google (address suggestions and Street View imagery), Rentcast (public property-record lookups), MailerLite (email), Resend (alert delivery), DocuSign (only if you sign a document), and Cloudflare/Netlify (hosting). Each receives only what's needed to do its job.

What I Don't Do

• I don't sell your information. Ever.
• I don't share your details with other brokers, marketers, or list builders.
• I don't run advertising trackers on this site.
