Privacy Policy

The short version: I collect only what I need to value your building and follow up with you. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone who is not directly helping serve you.

What I collect

Two things. The property details you enter into the valuator, so I can produce your number, and your contact information, so I can send it to you and follow up. Where a building's address is a matter of public record, I may also draw on publicly available information about it to sharpen the estimate.

How it is used

To produce your valuation, to deliver it to you, and to follow up about your building, whether that turns out to be a sale, financing, or management. If you ask for the written broker's opinion, your details are used to prepare it. Nothing beyond that.

Who it is shared with

A small set of trusted service providers runs the plumbing behind this site, things like hosting, email delivery, address lookup, and e-signature if you choose to sign something. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job, and none of them receive your information for their own marketing. I don't publish the list here because it changes over time; if you want to know exactly who is on it today, ask and I will tell you.

What I don't do

• I don't sell your information. Ever.
• I don't share it with other brokers, marketers, or list builders.
• I don't run advertising trackers on this site.
• Running the valuator does not enroll you in an automated drip campaign.
